I was street shooting with Thomas today and we rounded an alley. I caught this out of the corner of my eye and thought how cool it was to see something like this being used in downtown for transportation.

The more I investigated it, I realized that it hasn't been used in a while, which defeats the total purpose of using such efficient transportation. Oh well, It made for a cool picture.

Spring is coming!! I pulled this picture out to remind me how I need to do the 1x a year paint everything to the Jeep. I'm excited to be getting it cleaned up considering I have beat on it this year.

Daylight Savings Time

At first, I was as disappointed in daylight savings time as one could be. I'm not for the whole losing an hour of sleep thing. Well, I can honestly say that it is now wonderful. I can get sunset shots way before summer now. The only downfall I can see is that it is still dark when most of us wake up in the morning. This can lead me to fall back asleep or makes me not want to run.

Sleep or Awake?! Sunsets here I come.

New Site Up

Well...as I was getting things together for this photoshoot, i was already starting on our new site. We decided that we wanted to simplify how things look and put a relaxed feel to it.

While the site is not totally done(I have to go setup the design page), it is functional and no longer consuming my thoughts. Man it's good just to sleep and not worry about how it will look to everyone else, who does not have my brain.

Moving on up...

Well today we decided to changing hosting services.  While the former host certainly does it's job for a price, it is unreliable and the ftp seems to act up with our clients.

Solution:  Move over to the biggest hosting provider with a 99.9% up time and great customer service.  The only downside to our little move is a little more money a year and changing over of name servers.  Perhaps since we are rebranding at the same time, it will allow me an extra day to get the rest of the pages built.  If you get to the site and it's up, you will certainly recognize a new logo designed around a certain pantone color that will make "swag" or "merchandise" easier to match to our logo.

I thought about how snow is affecting everyone. I was all for a great snow, even in March, but now it's time has come. We need this snow to move out so homes and businesses can get power back. We are blessed, as the lines are underground here, however, many are without heat and lighting.

The road's are frozen down,but are slowly melting. 22F doesn't allow the melting to occur, which is keeping many off the road. The funny thing is that the warming trend is supposed to have us at 70F by the end of the week.

Only in South Carolina!

Right now HandEGraphix is under the weather....well not really under the weather with being sick, but we are in inclement weather.

The snow is coming and the rain is increasing. Tonight's forecast shows snow throughout the evening and a clear day tomorrow! Wow! Sun and Snow. Couldn't be better.

Stay Warm and make sure that you have blankets and food in case parents go out.

LLC Done!

Well after a day of advice, some well spent cash, and lots of responsive 'paper work filling out' messages, we were deemed an llc in the state of South Carolina.  Ol Secretary of State himself(i'm sure his secretary does it work) sent us the approval seal with the articles of organization.  

We are excited and are looking forward to a busy year.  Elizabeth will be graduating with her degree in May and we are anxiously awaiting what opportunities God has planned for both of Us.

Here comes the weekend!  We have been having a blast between shooting exclusive closeups with trial riders at the motorcycleshows.com stunt crew and visiting with Marine cousin, Eric.  Things are fully underway now and we are enjoying all that we are blessed with.
